Today, I will be introducing you to the rules and supplies you need to know to play soccer. I will only be listing the most important and basic rules and supplies. Enjoy playing soccer by knowing these things!

Rules

• Do not hold the soccer ball with your hands, unless it went out the lines or if you are the goalkeeper
• A professional math consits of 45 minute halves with a 15 minute rest period in between.
• Each team can 11 players on the field, including the goal keeper
• Each team can name up to 7 substitute players and can substitute 5 players. These sustitutes can be made at any time of the match.
• Equip all the supplies needed, in order to play the match

Supplies

1. Have your soccer cleats on to play the game
2. Have your shin guards on to protect your shin.
3. Wear the appropriate, required clothes, unifrom on that matches your team.
4. Wear a soccer sock that can cover up to right under your knee. This is needed to have the shin guard stable.
5. Goalkeepers need to have their keeper gloves on to play the match.
